Rick Leon is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel with 37 years of distinguished military service and a licensed Civil Engineer with over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting. Throughout his career, Rick has worked closely with the DEP, EPA, and biosolids/sludge management companies, gaining deep insight into the operational and regulatory challenges these industries face every day.
Ecotracking has been Rick's vision for over 25 years. What started as an idea to simplify compliance tracking and daily operations is now a reality — made possible by advancements in technology that have exceeded what he could have imagined three decades ago.
